Letter to Diego de Borica, Governor of California, 1797 Aug 30.

A letter to the Governor of California containing Father Antonio de la Concepcion Horra's complaints against three priests who recently arrived at Mission San Miguel Archangel. Fathers Joseph de Miguel, Juan Martin and Antonio Peirí have refused to show Horra a letter authorizing their stay, and the dispute has led to blows. Annotated by the Governor, who declines to intervene in the matter despite Horra's requests for assistance.
